Asbestos remediation, total demolition and removal of foreign material Losser

Hein Heun has circularly amovated a number of homes and garage boxes in Losser and delivered the location ready for construction. Before the start of the total demolition, the asbestos-containing materials were cleaned up by one of our expert asbestos teams, both inside and outside in risk class 2, by means of an asbestos remediation.

After the remediation, the area was classified free of asbestos and our team started on the total demolition of the objects. The objects have been amovated in accordance with our Recycle-Reduce-Reuse protocol. All released materials are separated at the source (on site) and transported in appropriate containers using our own logistics, and offered it in a circular manner for recycling.

In this project foreign material (waste) was also found in the soil, which had to be excavated and removed. By disposing of this waste in accordance with our Recycle-Reduce-Reuse protocol, we have taken the appropriate precautions in consultation with the competent authority to guarantee the total environment. Based on the work plan drawn up in accordance with current legislation and regulations, the foreign material was excavated in-house. Through our own logistics and in accordance with the currently applicable laws and regulations, this foreign material was removed to a recognized processor.
