As part of a construction team, Hein Heun was assigned to carry out the renovation demolition of an industrial hall including the remediation of all present asbestos containing materials.
Before starting our demolition activities we’ve carried out an asbestos inventarisation in which all asbestos containing materials are beïng registered. From that point we’ve set up an plan and, in accordance to our client, all asbestos containing materials have been remediated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
After the asbestos remediation we’ve disassembled machines and started the disassembly and circulair disposal of inner plating and other wall parts. Subsequently, we removed isolated wall-, ceiling- and floor parts and made various cut openings. All materials where separated and sorted out at the source (on location) in defined containers and taken to a recognized processor in the area or offered for recycling. The implementation of this project is entirely in accordance with our own Recycle-Reduce-Reuse protocol.
