TD&R recycled several ships on our shipyard. Usefull parts; from engines to electronic and nautical equipment are carefully preserved, conveniently stored and again offered for re-use (recycling) to the maritime market.
The ships are safe and environmentally stripped of hazardous waste such as oil and asbestos. These waste materials are completely cleaned up and disposed in accordance to the environmental management law and to the latest European legislation and regulations.
The ship scrap yard is centrally located in Friesland, an province of The Netherlands, right on the Prinses Margriet canal and is completely newly equipped with liquid-repellent subsoil and a waste water management system according to the latest European legislation and regulations. This allows us to dismantle ships, pontoons, tugboats, push boats, inland vessels and all other floating gear quickly and professionally. With the certainty that no contamination can occur in the soil or the water.
