Removing cement floor Hoogeveen

We were instructed by one of our clients to remove a floating cement floor of approximately 7 cm thick in a building in Hoogeveen. The building covers a total area of ​​2200m². In the retail space where there is no ceiling, we have wrapped the cable ducts in a plastic film for the client. This keeps pipes, cables and cable ducts dust-free.
 
Because the floor is a floating cement floor, it can be divided into surfaces with a bobcat with a chisel. Subsequently we can lift the floor parts in pieces with a mini crane or bobcat and move them. If the debris has been moved, we will remove the bottom layer (insulation material), that is both attached to the debris and to the concrete bottom-floor, then we separate all this into the appropriate containers.
 
If a large area has been removed, all the loose debris will be removed, after which the area will be wiped out. Finally, the entire surface is once again swept with a bobcat with a broom. A clean and dust-free whole remains. There are special fans (spray guns) with a water supply throughout the workplace to prevent dust nuisance. To deliver a smooth floor to our client, we finished by milling it.
