For an internal renovation and due to our knowledge of circular demolition and dismantling, Hein Heun Group was assigned as a supporting party at the construction team. Part of the work was the removal of a floating concrete floor which was no longer usable with current requirements. Because the existing floor was replaced by a foam concrete floor, we removed all installations and drains in the crawl space. In addition to removing the floor and the redundant installations, we cleaned up the inside oft he building, removed the floor coverings, window coverings, tiling and kitchens.
All released residual materials are separated in containers and transported to a recognized processor in accordance with our Recycle-Reduce-Reuse protocol. The work was completed and delivered within the agreed lead time in full satisfaction.
