Total demolition of an business premises in Vroomshoop

Phase two of the project on the Linderflier in Vroomshoop started work in week 34. The work of phase 1 was already completed in week 30. The project covers a total area of more than 15.000m². The buildings are very outdated, but we are still thinking about the (sustainable) possibilities of reusing materials. All materials are separated and the material is examined per material type whether new raw materials can be made of them.

In this project all the debris is processed into granulate. The granulate will be reused for raising the site after the soil remediation, so that there is a sound basis for a possible new construction.

The removal of the asbestos was carried out by Hein Heun Asbestsanering B.V. and the dismantling / demolition of the building was carried out by Hein Heun Sloopwerken B.V. The soil remediation is carried out under the responsibility of TD&R.
