Buildings and objects are built with a function. When the function is no longer sufficient for the purpose for which it was built, when the building has been demolished or receives a different function, it may be that the building, object or several buildings or objects must be demolished.
Hein Heun is engaged internationally for, among other things, the government, municipalities, provinces, but also companies and individuals for total demolition assignments. Total demolition means that the entire object or several objects are dismantled in a professional manner and in its entirety (total). With current legislation and regulations we no longer talk about demolition, but increasingly about reverse construction. We specialize in all types of demolition work; we can completely demolish and dispose of complete industrial areas, residential areas, care complexes, stand-alone buildings, but also, for example, sunken ships.
Materials that come from demolition are handled with care. All materials are separated and processed in an environmentally responsible manner. If desired, we also dispose of all the residual waste to our environment and, where possible, we recycle the material for reuse. With our well-equipped own material and large fleet we can, for example, also break the rubble on location so that it can be reused to lay a stable foundation for the new construction site.
